You reach it from the personal link the venue’s front desk gives you — either sent to you by text, if you asked them to, or by scanning the QR code shown on the front-desk screen.
A text message is never required. If you would rather not receive texts, scan the code instead. Nothing is withheld from you, and it makes no difference to whether you are hired.
This service is operated by Greenbriar Consulting LLC of Austin, Texas. Greenbriar provides the hiring and onboarding software used by the hospitality venues it serves, and sends these messages on their behalf.

If you ask the front desk to text you, we send only the secure link to the next step of your own paperwork, and a reminder if a required document is still missing. We never send marketing or promotional messages to job applicants.
Message frequency depends on your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Your phone number is never bought, rented, imported, shared or sold.
